Using Acuity
A little guide for you
We are now using a new scheduling software called Acuity.
Eve has done her best to move everyone’s accounts, booked classes, sessions and packages over to the new system. If you find an error or have a question please contact her and she will get back to you asap.

Read on to learn how to use the basic functions of Acuity
Apply Credits
Here is how to apply your credits when you are checking out:
-Make sure you are logged in.
-At the checkout page for booking your next session or class click the plus button next to the "package, gift, or coupon code".
-A code will show up
-Select the code to apply your package. It will bring the total due down to $0.

Check package balance
Here's how to check the remaining sessions on your account:
-Click your email address in the top right corner
-Click "Manage Codes" and that will show you how many sessions you have left.

Change password
-Click Login in the top right corner
-Click "Forgot Password"
-Follow prompts. to reset your password

App for iPhone
-Download the app
-Go to the home page of the app by clicking the house icon on the bottom left menu
-Click the plus icon in the top right corner
-Add the Business Scheduling URL: madfitnesstkpk.as.me
-Login to your account-click the person icon in the bottom right and enter your credentials.
Reading your class card
Class cards are loaded by the minute. All classes are listed as 50 minutes*

When you buy a class card of 5 classes that will show up as 250 minutes
Each class you take will deduct 50 minutes from your card.
-We tried to keep the metrics the same as PTMinder but Acuity does not allow for it, so we will make do.

*Small Group Training has a different pricing structure so you can't use your class card for registration.
